The Blueprint
You’ve achieved some success in your life.
Yet, there’s still more you want to accomplish.
And you want to get there faster
while acquiring knowledge about what works
and, more importantly, what doesn’t.
24 years ago, when I was 42, I was in the same place.
My partner and I had a successful business that provided a good living.
But we didn't have an enduring sustainable enterprise.
To create that required becoming a student of success.
By continually implementing improvements over time, we created a valued organization that ultimately provided financial independence.
So here's how I can help you...
The Nuts and Bolts
I consult with a small, select group of builders from around the country in non-competing markets.
The builders I work with are smart life-long learners.
They want to build their organization to be more effective and profitable.
They create value in what they build.
In turn, they look to get value out of life.
They’re committed to making a difference for themselves, their employees, their trade partners, their clients and their community.
If this sounds like you, here’s how we'll work:
You’ll engage my services on a quarterly basis.
Twice a month, you and I will have a virtual and strategic conversation.
We’ll have an agenda that’s tailored to you personally and for your business.
We’ll establish measurable goals and objectives for you.
We’ll follow up each time.
All along the way, I’ll be in your corner,
working with you,
asking good questions,
sharing the knowledge and insights that I’ve acquired over 47 years,
helping you to make your business more profitable, fun and fulfilling,
in a shorter period of time.
And in between our virtual meetings,
I’ll be considering what would be the next best steps for you, strategically,
and how we get there more effectively and more efficiently.
You’ll work directly with me. That’s my number at the bottom of the page.
Let’s talk about your successes and your goals and how I can help you get there.
Feel free to give me a call!
